Anderson Property Management specializes in third-party management of commercial properties between 10,000 and 180,000 square feet in size.
The company provides the following services to each of its clients:

Pre-purchase due diligence investigations.

Full financial reporting including monthly profit/loss and balance sheet statements, monthly building summary, year-end reconciliation and annual budget forecasting. Separate bank accounts are maintained for each building.

All tenant relations including tenant billing, collection of rent, tenant build-outs, maintenance of leased premises, re-leasing and lease amendments.

Monthly or bi-weekly inspections of each property managed, as well as face-to-face visits with each tenant.

Supervision of all building maintenance including HVAC, roofs, pavement, landscaping, electrical and common area maintenance.

Coordination of tenant build-outs, renovations, environmental compliance.

Leasing and lease renewals together with professional contract negotiations.
